“Rep. Mast’s legislative experience is well-suited for the topics to be reviewed and studied by the special committee. Her understanding and knowledge of the issues will help the committee draw up sound public policy recommendations for the 2009 Legislature’s consideration,” Speaker Neufeld said. The nine-member special committee will meet for two days before the next session to review and study:
“I served on the Judiciary Committee for six years and it will be a real pleasure to be serving on this interim. I feel that the topics are important issues to be tackled before our next legislative session,” Rep. Mast said.
